About Yellow Intelligent
The name refers to the “free” English translation of my surname, Geelen. But the color Yellow is also associated with, among other things, warmth, happiness, pleasure, intelligence and curiosity. Furthermore, the color Yellow is a distinctive color. Yellow has also been shown to have a stimulating effect on thoughts.
I want to highlight all these elements during my work. This does mean that it must be applied intelligently. See here the purpose of the second word in the naming: “Intelligent”.

Guiding organizations and teams to an Agile philosophy (transition). Many aspects of change management are discussed here. The emphasis is therefore more on the human level, where “Interactions & Individuals” is certainly high on my list.
