Why is Serious Gaming so important? The world is changing and also in the work field. If you go back to the early days, you go to school, get your education and then, after about 40 years you retire.

Looking closer in history, many jobs didn't even exist and others almost don't exist anymore. So you have to continuously learn, on the job, in your work.  

By learning it through experience, which is the most powerful and beautiful and especially a safe way, it sticks better.
