Team Coaching
Team coaching is a powerful approach to helping teams realize their potential, work together more effectively and achieve their goals. It combines principles of personal development with group dynamics and leadership skills.
Two perspectives on team coaching
We emphasize systems thinking within team coaching. A team coach should not only pay attention to individual team members, but especially to the interaction patterns within the team. The approach is aimed at developing self-managing teams that are able to monitor and adjust their own processes. We emphasize the importance of reflection and feedback in the team development process.
In addition, we focus on the role of the coach within Agile teams. We use insights and techniques
specifically aimed at improving Agile practices within (software development) teams and beyond.
As a coach, webij help navigate the complexities of product development while promoting team
collaboration and performance. We place a strong emphasis on the adaptability and
empowerment of team members, helping them take greater responsibility for their work and the
final product.
The combination of the systems thinking approach and Agile-oriented techniques provides a robust toolkit in various organizational contexts. It helps teams not only work together more effectively in the short term, but also be self-sufficient and adaptive in the long term.​
